    1. Quotes. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if quantities, blanks, artwork, ink colors, print locations, or deadlines change.
    2. Deposit & payment. A deposit is required before production is scheduled. The remaining balance is due before your order ships or is picked up, unless you have approved credit terms with APB. Payment is made through the link we send you.
    3. Art & proof approval. We send a digital proof / jobsheet for every job. Production starts only after you approve it in writing. Please check spelling, sizing, placement, and colors carefully; APB is not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.
    4. Turnaround. Turnaround time begins once all three are complete: proof approved, deposit received, and all blanks received at our facility. Dates given before then are estimates.
    5. Rush orders. Requests faster than our standard turnaround may be accepted when capacity allows and may carry a rush fee, which will be listed on your quote.
    6. Customer-supplied blanks. Please send a small overage. Printing and embroidery carry normal spoilage, and an allowance of about 3–5% of customer-supplied goods is considered industry standard. APB is not liable for replacing customer-supplied goods within this allowance, or for defects in goods we did not supply. Blanks should arrive counted and labeled with your PO or job name.
    7. Quantity variance. Final counts may vary slightly from the order quantity due to spoilage and supplier shortages. You will be billed for the actual quantity delivered.
    8. Color matching. We match colors as closely as possible, including Pantone references. Ink colors may vary slightly by garment color, fabric, print method, and screen versus print. Small variations are not considered defects.
    9. Changes & cancellations. Changes after proof approval may affect price and timing. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded; costs already incurred (blanks, screens, digitizing, labor) are owed.
    10. Artwork rights. You confirm you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos, and trademarks you send us, and you agree to hold APB harmless from any claims related to them. You keep the rights to your artwork. APB may decline any job at its discretion.
    11. Inspection & claims. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issues within 7 days of delivery, with photos. APB’s responsibility is limited to reprinting or crediting the affected pieces.
    12. Shipping. Shipping dates are estimates once the order leaves our facility. APB is not responsible for carrier delays or losses; risk passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier or picked up.
    13. Storage. Finished goods and customer-supplied blanks not picked up or paid for within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees.
    14. Samples & portfolio. Unless you tell us otherwise, APB may photograph finished work for its portfolio after your release date.
